Chelsea have notified The FA of their intention to claim for wrongful dismissal in relation to the sending-off of Arjen Robben.
The Dutch winger was dismissed for serious foul play against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 4 March.
The case will be heard by a Disciplinary Commission tomorrow.
