The FA has received a claim for mistaken identity from Newcastle United relating to a yellow card shown to Scott Parker.
Parker was cautioned for a foul during Newcastle's Premiership match against Sunderland on 23 October.
A Disciplinary Commission will consider the claim tomorrow.
