The FA has received a claim for wrongful dismissal from Southampton FC on behalf of Peter Crouch.
Crouch was shown a red card for violent conduct during Southampton's Premier League match against Crystal Palace FC on Saturday 7 May.
The claim will be heard by a Disciplinary Commission on Tuesday 10 May.
