At a Disciplinary Commission hearing on Thursday, the charge of violent conduct against Blackburn Rovers' defender Andy Todd was found to be not proven. He will therefore not serve any suspension.
Todd had denied the breach of FA Rule E3 which related to an incident involving Arsenal striker Robin van Persie during the FA Cup Semi-Final match at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday, 16 April.
