At a Disciplinary Commission hearing held on Tuesday, Middlesbrough manager Steve McClaren was warned to his future conduct.

McClaren had admitted a charge of improper conduct for his incursion onto the field of play to confront and/or remonstrate with the referee during the match at Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, 28 November 2004. 

Also on Tuesday, Blackburn Rovers' Steven Reid was fined £1000 and warned to his future conduct.

Reid was charged with improper conduct following an incident involving Jesper Gronkjaer during the home match against Birmingham City on 21 November 2004.
