FA Rule E3 – improper conduct

At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was fined £15,000, severely reprimanded and warned to his future conduct.

Wenger was charged with a breach of FA Rule E3 for improper conduct for his comment about Manchester United’s Ruud van Nistelrooy in a media interview following the match at Old Trafford on Sunday 24 October. Wenger had denied the charge.
