The FA can confirm that Chelsea FC have submitted a claim for wrongful dismissal in relation to Mateja Kezman's sending-off for violent conduct in a pre-season friendly against AS Roma on 29 July in the USA.
The matter will be dealt with by a Disciplinary Commission on Monday 9 August.
