At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, Nottingham Forest manager Joe Kinnear has been warned as to his future conduct.
Kinnear was charged with failing to act in the best interests of the game and bringing the game into disrepute (breach of FA rule E1).
The charge relates to Kinnear's comments about referee Phil Crossley following the match between Gillingham and Nottingham Forest on 6th March.
The case against Wolverhampton Wanderers' Henri Camara was found to be not proven.
Camara was charged with improper conduct (breach of FA Rule E1) following an incident involving Jason Dodd during the match against Southampton on 3rd April.
