The FA can confirm that we have now received a formal complaint from Fulham Football Club regarding allegations of racist remarks made against Luis Boa Morte during the Everton v Fulham FA Cup fourth round tie on 24 January 2004.
These allegations will now be investigated by The FA’s Compliance Unit with immediate effect.
