TheFA.com can confirm that Warnock has received a four-match touchline ban commencing Monday, 1st Septmber and was fined £300.

The hearing dealt with comments made by Warnock about referee Graham Poll following The FA Cup semi-final between Arsenal and Sheffield United on 13th April, and with comments made towards referee Steve Bennett at half-time during the Division One Play-off Final between Sheffield United and Wolverhampton Wanderers on 26th May.
