Crystal Palace manager Trevor Francis was found guilty of violent conduct [FA Rule E2].This follows an incident during the Crystal Palace v Bradford City game on August 13 2002.

Mr Francis has been fined £1000, reprimanded and warned as to his future conduct. The Commission did take into account that Crystal Palace had already fined Mr Francis.

 

Norwich City manager Nigel Worthington was also found guilty of improper conduct [Rule E1]. This follows an incident involving referee Mr P Dowd during Norwich City's match against Sheffield United on September 7.

Mr Worthington has been fined £500 and has received a 1 match ban which begins on December 16.
