On a glorious June weekend, dedicated football fans from the Southern regions descended upon Bristol to attend a Development training day organised by Supporters Direct.
Meg Hewitt from the Customer Relations team was in attendance but did not come empty handed. The FA Cup made a welcome appearance and even the Bluebirds managed to put the pain of the recent months behind them and have their photograph taken.
The FA is keen to promote better governance of football clubs and shares this aim with Supporters Direct. With this in mind, The FA’s Customer Relations Unit is calling on all Supporter Trusts to help develop the flow of communication between The Football Association and the football public.
If your Trust would like to discuss opportunities to encourage membership, increase awareness, raise the profile of an event or simply have a query on any aspect of the game you can contact the Customer Relations Unit via SupportersTrusts@TheFA.com or 020 7745 4545.
