A crowd of 568 were attracted to Twerton Park for the tie, many of whom met with two members of the Customer Relations team in the bar beforehand and had their photos taken with the Trophy itself.

Fans then had the chance to enter a competition to win tickets for The FA Carlsberg Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium in May.

City won thanks to two goals from striker Phil Walsh, in what was a first meeting between the two clubs and now have an away trip to Newport County to look forward to in the First Round proper on 15 December.
