My team Bayern Munich face Celtic in the Champions League tonight, and it's great to be back in the first team picture.
To cope with the injury problems I have told you about, I have been training really hard and strengthening as many parts of my body as possible. Strengthening my back, stomach and pelvis has really helped. I think the fact that we play so many games means that you don't get to strengthen as much as maybe one should.
Over the last couple of weeks things have just clicked. It's great to be back playing with the ball - it's been like meeting an old friend.
Everyone is looking forward to playing in the atmosphere at Celtic Park. I don't know too much about Martin O'Neill but I know that he's very highly regarded in England and Scotland.
It's good to be heading back to Britain too. I was in London for a photo shoot for my boot sponsors last week. I stayed in a hotel in Chancery Lane.
Because it was just around the corner from The FA, we popped over to Soho Square to take a couple of pictures but, as the building looks quite unremarkable from the outside, we didn't do it in the end. I didn't mind. It gave me more time to get around London. It's such a thriving, lively city and I got to see a different side staying right in the centre. I would love to live there at some stage in my life.
Have you seen the seedings for the Euro Championship Finals in the summer? They weren't too bad for England. It's good that we don't have to play teams like Italy straight away but you know that going into these tournaments you will meet the big boys sooner or later.
Even the 'smaller' teams like Latvia you have to give a lot of respect to. They have beaten Turkey to get there and, from what I can gather, they deserved it.
I caught most of the Denmark game on TV. Joe Cole was obviously the one to get most of the headlines and understandably so. The thing that he seems to be doing better and better is learning when to use his skills.
There's no doubt that he's fabulously talented and I think knowing when to use your abilities is the key to progress the higher you go in the game. There's no doubt that playing with all those great players at Chelsea will be a huge help too.
Obviously Wayne Rooney got another goal against Denmark also. People have asked me how well known he is in Germany. I'd say that people are aware of him but not overly so because fans tend to be more focused on their own players. Hopefully Wayne can be our secret weapon next summer!
