Following on from the visit of FC Steaua Bucharest last week, Galatasaray are the latest elite team to look to the facilities on offer at St. George's Park to boost their pre-season preparations.
The Turkish Süper Lig champions will train at the national football centre as part of an eight-day pre-season training camp that will also see them play two friendly matches against Shrewsbury Town on Saturday 13 July and Notts County on Tuesday 16 July.
Fatih Terim's side, who arrived on Monday afternoon, held an open training session for the club's accompanying media on Tuesday morning and invited our St. George's Park photographer to capture some of the highlights.
The morning began with the club's new signings, Erman Kılıç [left] and Aurélien Chedjou [right], being paraded infront of the waiting press before posing for photographs together on the viewing steps that line Pitch 4.
Once the two new signings were reunited with the rest of the team, the squad was split in two. The first group began their session with a rigourous warm up routine...
...before being led into a counter-attacking and shooting drill where there were some silky skills on show.
For the other members of the team, which included superstar duo Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder, it was a series of passing and control exercises.
The strong mid-morning sun required regular water breaks for the players, but for Drogba these quickly turned into perfect opportunities to continue practising his shooting.
The intense summer weather failed to intefere with the positive mood in the camp though, with former Arsenal defender, Emmanuel Eboué...
...and Netherlands midfielder Sneijder clearly relishing being back in training.
