We have a special edition of the FATV Keepy Uppy Challenge this week, as four England stars try to beat TV presenter Colin Murray with the tennis ball.

Chelsea trio Ashley Cole, Ryan Bertrand and Gary Cahill were joined by Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe at the England Footballers' Foundation Charity Cup and took their chance to try the Challenge.

And it's tougher than it looks, as all four found out, especially under pressure from MOTD2 host Murray and in front of the camera.
