Wigan Athletic defender heard his claim for wrongful dismissal today
At an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing today, a wrongful dismissal claim from Wigan Athletic’s Maynor Figueroa was rejected.
Figueroa, who was sent off for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity during his side’s game at Newcastle United on Monday 3 December 2012, will serve a one-match suspension with immediate effect.
