Wrexham player-manager Andy Morrell hailed his players after they won The FA Carlsberg Trophy at Wembley.
Despite being on top in The Final, the Dragons were trailing 1-0 to Grimsby before a Kevin Thornton penalty levelled matters nine minutes from time.
And the Welsh side eventually prevailed 4-1 on penalties.
After the game, FATV caught up with Morrell and three of his triumphant players – Thornton, captain Dean Keates and midfielder Jay Harris.
Morrell said: “It means everything to everybody at the club.
“Credit to the lads. They’ve got a great team spirit here. They dig in every time we ask them to. 1-0 down with 15 minutes to go, you’re probably a bit nervy but a little bit skill gets the penalty and you’re back in it and I thought there was only one winner from there.”
Keates added: “It’s probably one of the proudest moments of my career. It’s something you dream of as a kid, it’s unbelievable.”
