The Shropshire FA are planning to run Level 1 coaching at Shrewsbury College of Arts & Technology starting on 2 December, which usually costs £75. Further dates are 3, 9 and 10 December.

The course is set up to support clubs, teachers and anyone looking to gain a football qualification.

Currently in Shropshire there are a number of women who have gained this award and are doing positive work in clubs, schools and in their career.

Jane France, Jenny Sugarman, Jenna Martin and Shropshire’s Community Sports Girls Football Coach Kerrie Manley (pictured) are some of the recognised names in Shropshire’s female coaching world.
