The links attached display where respective clubs will kick off the 2004/05 season, as well as the new titles of the Conference [which will now be known as Conference National] and the Southern League Division One's [which will be known as Southern League Division One East and Division One West].

Speaking at the conclusion of this historic restructuring process, Appleby said:

"Yesterday's meeting was the culmination of what at times, has been three difficult years. I would like to sincerely thank all those League representatives who attended yesterday's meeting, as the cooperation they provided was exceptional.

"Throughout the restructuring process, uppermost in the minds of The FA was that change should only take place if it would bring long-term benefits for the game.

"Yesterday, all parties came together with the best interests of the game foremost in their minds, and I am positive that clubs can look forward to a very exciting new phase in the development of football at this level, which is the most comprehensive and competitive in the world."
