As many of you may have heard FACA (Football Association Coaching Association) is changing and changing for the better.

The effects of the change will start to take place from late summer as we work to improve the way we manage FACA, its benefits, our communication, the website and much, much more.

So, what happens now? Well, we need coaches, FACA coaches to be precise, to help us with our new artwork for the much improved FACA membership.

FACA has nearly 14,000 members and so we are looking for a number of coaches who represent the beautiful game we love and the diversity of our membership.

Therefore we need people who are truly passionate about coaching to lend us their faces and enthusiasm for the development of our new improved coaches association.

Want to get involved? All you need to do is email or write to us with the following details - Name, age, level of qualification and the approximate date of when you joined FACA. If possible it would be great if you could send a photo on the email to FACoaches@TheFA.com.

If I Get Chosen? Now the fun begins!

You will need to be available at relatively short notice but in return we will pay for each of you to travel down to a photographic shoot where you will be photographed doing what you do best - coaching.

We anticipate the entire event will take a day and every coach will be presented with loads of Umbro kit as well as a commemorative photograph of the day.

Refreshments will be provided on the day and we promise that you will have fun and who knows where you might see your photo – you just may be one of the new faces of FACA.
