Staffordshire County FA are looking to appoint a Girls and Women’s Football Coach.
Hours of work will be 37 hours per week (subject to some weekly fluctuations) and will include weekend and evening work
This post is for a fixed term until 30 June 2011.
Job purpose: To plan, coach and monitor a co-ordinated programme of high quality professional coaching as detailed within The FA development strategy for women and girls football. The role will focus mainly on school club link work to support the local Charter Standard clubs within the county.
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of The FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate and have experience in coaching football. Candidates must have the ability to develop and implement high quality, innovative and varied coaching session. They should have the ability to work unsupervised and on their own initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be expected. The ability and willingness to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends is essential.
