An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Governance Team at the Leicestershire & Rutland County Football Association.
We are looking to recruit a Football Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support to our busy Football Governance Department.
The person appointed will need to have excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft programmes. The ability to multi-task and handle a busy work schedule is essential. You must be a team player with a cheerful ‘can do’ attitude, have the ability to use your own initiative and have a reasonable understanding of football administration.
The post is based at County Headquarters in Whetstone, Leicester, working 37.5 hours per week, normally from 9am - 5pm on Monday to Friday, although some evening work will be required.
The salary is up to £13,000 per annum according to experience.
The main tasks for this role will be:-
- Responsibility for the day-to-day administration of key governance areas such as discipline, county competitions, and representative football.
- Provide administrative support for the Governance Manager and Chief Executive where required.
- To maintain a database of clubs, schools, coaches, referees and volunteers.
- Assist in maintaining the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA website.
- Dealing with and answering enquiries from members of the public.
- To take minutes of meetings as required and to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
