Cornwall County Football Association are looking to appoint a County Administration Manager.

This position reports directly to the County Secretary and will lead a team to co-ordinate and implement the County’s Football Governance and Administration Department.

The role encompasses the following areas and is based at the CCFA Offices, St Austell, Cornwall.

• Discipline Procedures administration, including the collection of monies due.

• Supervision of Governance staff.

• IT systems in support of The FA’s County Administration System.

• League and Club Affiliations.

• Cup Competition entries.

• Insurance collation.

• Premises management.

• Maintenance of County Website.

• Collation of minutes for meetings.

We are looking for someone who will:-

• Be aware of the Discipline Procedures related to football at a local level.

• Have wider management experience ideally in sports/football.

• Be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries, enquiries and complaints.

• Be IT literate.

• Be able to deputise for the County Secretary in his absence.

Salary in the range of £19k - £23k.
