The Berkshire and Buckinghamshire FA are looking to appoint a full-time Referee Development Officer.

The candidate will need to be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual. The role encompasses the following areas:-

• Referee development, recruitment and retention.

• Working with many of the BBFA partners.

• To assist with the delivery of the BBFA County Plan.

• Be a team player and able to work with colleagues, volunteers, clubs and
leagues.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The applicant must possess the following:-

• Full Driving Licence.

• Full, enhanced CRB Certificate

• Have an all round experience of the Microsoft Office applications.

Salary range: £22,000 - £26,000.

As this role involves direct access to young persons under the age of 18,
within the context of the job or any subsequently related activities or
responsibilities, the successful candidate will undergo a thorough screening
process, which will include an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, to ensure their suitability for the role. Note this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
