Points need to be redeemed by the end of the month.
If you were a member of the FAMOA Incentive Scheme and collected points throughout the 2008-09 season, please note that the deadline to redeem these is 31 July 2009.
As a reminder, no order forms were sent out this year. You should have received in the post in March a leaflet explaining the new procedure for redeeming your points. This is all now to be done online.
If you have not done so already, you need to send your completed logbook to:-
FAMOA Incentive Scheme, First Media Solutions, Tattershall Way, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 0YZ.
First Media will verify your logbook and an e-mail will be sent to you when your points have been loaded onto the website, www.famoa.com ready to spend. You can also purchase extra points on the website to spend on items that are available through the scheme should you wish to do so.
Remember that all points must have been spent before the deadline or else they will be lost.
Membership to the scheme rolls over from season to season. If you are already a member, a new logbook will be sent to you in a few weeks ready for the start of the season. If you are a qualified, registered referee and are not yet a member but would like to be, please email Famoa@thefa.com or call 0207 745 4651 to join.
