Senior National Referee Manager discusses issues.

The FA's Senior National Referee Manager Ian Blanchard was a special guest on the 'Two Footed Tackle' radio show last week.

The show is a weekly podcast run by two football mad supporters for football fans and goes out on a Tuesday night and offers thoughts, views on a wide range of football issues.

Blanchard's appearance on the show saw him discuss the Respect programme, the recruitment of referees and his love of Hull City FC.
