FA Licensed Tutors
Youth Award Module 1
Developing the Environment

Great players need great coaches. But who coaches the coaches?

To create quality coaches, The FA must boast a qualified, specialist tutor workforce for each level of qualification and offer improved support.

This group of tutors will educate and shape the next generation of coaches by teaching ideas, values, philosophy and principles.

We now seek applications from coaches who possess the right credentials to join the Youth Award Module 1 – Developing the Environment Tutor Workforce.

The benefits of becoming an FA Tutor include:

  • Access to an environment of learning, working alongside some of The FA's national coaches
  • Access to The FA's Tutor Club website, complete with resources and articles to support you in your work
  • An excellent support package and CPD programme - including The FA's Generic Tutor Training Programme, which will equip you to be a skilled tutor
