FA Fitness and Conditioning Conference

This year The Football Association's annual Fitness and Conditioning Conference will be held on Sunday 21 November at Holywell Park, Loughborough University.

Intending to attract an audience from football, rugby union and rugby league clubs as well as National Governing Bodies and sporting organisations, the theme of this year's conference is Ahead of the Game - Current Concepts in Conditioning and will include a keynote address by Ben Ryan of England RFU on a Coach's Perspective of Training and Conditioning for Rugby 7s.

Also featuring an address by Professor Grégoire Millet from the University of Lausanne, the conference promises to be as rewarding for delegates this year as in previous years, and an enthusiastic response from delegates from every level of sport is anticipated.

The cost of attending the conference is £100 which includes lunch and beverages supplied during the intervals.
