Youth Award now live

FA Learning are now taking bookings for the new FA Youth Award Module 1 National Course that is taking place at Keele University between 27 and 30 April.

The course is aimed at coaches, at all levels, who wish to extend their knowledge of coaching players aged between 5 and 11. There are generic strands relating to teaching and learning, motivation and self-esteem that are suitable for most coaches.

There are also spaces available on the Psychology Level 3 Course that is running between 12 - 14 May, also at Keele. The course focus will generally be on youth players 12-16 and 17-21 yrs and investigates the psychological aspects relating to game demands, mental skills and performance profiling. This course is ideal for coaches, parents, teachers, sports scientists, physiotherapists and doctors who work in and around football.
