New FA Learning Hotline is Live

FA Learning launch new hotline service - 0870 8500 424

FA Learning can now confirm that its dedicated hotline service has been re-launched with a new number, new reduced cost and new provider.

Available to all members of the public, the hotline service offers all those interetsed in football education the opportunity to speak directly to a fully trained FA Learning operator.

Danielle Every, Head of FA Learning, was delighted following the launch of the hotline: "We are really excited by the new service we will now be able to offer our learners and it is going to be particularly useful for all those without access to the internet who are unable to visit the website," she said.

"As the demand for football education continues to grow, providing the public with accurate information is crucial to allow all those interested in make the best choices on how to increase their knowledge and understanding in the game. The hotline will be central to helping service this need with the footballing public."

The new hotline service will be provided by Coachwise Solutions. The organisation already works closely with FA Learning, assisting in the design and quality assurance of a number of FA Learning qualifications.

Tony Byrne, Chief Executive of Coachwise, was also looking forward the new venture getting under way. "We were very pleased to be asked to assist FA Learning with this project. As awareness of the service increases we are sure the hotline will be a big sucess and we are confident that we will provide an excellent service to the public."

The call centre offers a host of features including:

• Registering with FA Learning
• Booking on Courses over the phone and paying with credit/debit card
• Gain information on courses, venues and qualifications
• Send information and application forms directly to the learner
• Advice on what courses are most appropriate.

  All calls to the call centre will be charged at national rate. This means that a typical evening call will be less than 4p per minute and a daytime call less than 7p per minute.
  
  The FA Learning hotline is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
