Referee Development Officer
Salary £24k - £26k per annum
The Berks & Bucks Football Association are looking for an inspirational and visionary Referee Development Officer (RDO) who can engage with key partners such as the RA to deliver the Berks & Bucks FA Strategy and build on the progress made in developing officials and the volunteer workforce over recent years.
Our RDO will work to support both grassroots referees and those officials moving into senior football, providing a developmental pathway that allows ambition and potential to be rewarded. The RDO must be able to handle multiple deadlines and have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
