Maternity cover required for role in County FA.
Berks & Bucks Football Association is seeking to recruit a Football Development Officer to cover a maternity cover period between November 2011 and May 2012 to implement a football development programme within the Counties of Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.
Specific areas of work will include:-
- Club Development - Charter Standard
- Disability Football
To apply, you need to be of graduate calibre and have significant experience in sports development. You need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level. You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Based at Berks & Bucks FA’s headquarters in Faringdon, candidates should also have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to influence at all levels. You need also to have a current driving licence, have access to a car and also be able to work evenings and weekends.

Salary £23,000-£24,000 pro rata
