FA Girls' Centre Of Excellence Director

Blackburn Rovers looking for FA Girls Centre Of Excellence Director.

Blackburn Rovers FC are seeking to appoint an FA Girls’ Centre of Excellence Director. The successful applicant will be responsible to and work closely with Blackburn Rovers and Lancashire FA Women's and Girls' Development Officer and be required to implement, oversee, monitor and evaluate the Girls Centre of Excellence technical programme, in line with FA criteria.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in the development of Women's and Girls' footballers.

Key tasks/skills include:-

- A licence or Level 3/UEFA B qualification – working towards the A Licence within three years.

- A recognised First Aid qualification.

- Understanding of The FA Women’s and Girls' player pathway.

- Monitor and implement best practice in the field of Women's and Girls' Football and to ensure that Blackburn Rovers is in the forefront of thinking in this field.

- Establish and enhance links with grassroots organisations.

This is a part-time post and will include evening and weekend work.
