Entries are now open for this year's FA Charter Standard Club awards, in partnership with McDonald's.
Clubs should by now have received nomination forms and these need to be sent back to their County FA by 27 April.
This Awards programme is only open to clubs who have received Charter Standard Club status, which consists of the following categories:
- Charter Standard Club
- Charter Standard Adult Club
- Charter Standard Development Club
- Charter Standard Community Club
- Charter Standard Club Coach
- Charter Standard Club Administrator
To nominate your club or individual, please complete the nomination form (if you wish to nominate in more than one category, please photocopy the number you require). Your completed form must be returned to your County FA by 27 April.
COUNTY AWARDS
County Winners will be announced at the end of May and will receive a County Winner Pennant.
REGIONAL AWARDS
Regional Awards will be announced at the end of July. Winners will receive a plaque and a £100 Umbro voucher.
NATIONAL AWARDS
These will take place at a prestigious event. Winners will receive a plaque and a £300 Umbro voucher.
