Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of the competition is The Football Association Limited ("The FA") and Wembley National Stadium Limited ("WNSL"). 2. The prizes will be supplied by WNSL. 3. Only entries received between 09.00am (BST) on Friday 22 July 2005 and 11.59pm (BST) on Thursday 28 July 2005 will be considered. 4. You must provide five correct answers to the five daily questions asked on TheFA.com and full details of your name, age, email address, contact telephone number and postcode when entering the competition otherwise your entry will be invalid. 5. Entrants must be aged 18 years of age or over to enter the competition. 6. We will use the information that you provide to process the competition. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not send you information about The FA or other related football matters and we will not pass on your information to any third parties. For further information please refer to our Privacy Policy. 7. Employees of The FA and WNSL and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition. 8. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 9. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw. 10. One person's name will be drawn at random from the entries to win a much sought-after hard hat tour of the new Wembley Stadium construction site with a friend, escorted by a member of the Wembley Stadium project team on a date agreed by both the prize winner, WNSL and The FA. 11. The prize winners will be notified by Monday 1 August 2005 that they have won by email to the address that they supply when they enter the competition and will be asked to confirm their details. 12. No changes will be made to the prize specified. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize does not include any travel or accommodation, that will be the responsibility of the winner. 13. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this competition except with the prize winners. 14. Only one entry will be considered per entrant. Multiple entries will not be considered. 15. Before entering the Wembley site, the winner and their companion must agree to follow all instructions given by WNSL and construction contractor Multiplex Constructions (UK) Ltd. The majority of instructions will be specifically in relation to health and safety. 16. The winner and their companion will be required to have a health and safety induction before the site visit commences and will be required to wear personal protective equipment throughout the site visit. This will be provided by WNSL. 17. The winner and their companion are obliged to inform The FA and/or WNSL in advance of the site visit of any special access requirements relating to disability and any medical conditions they each have. 18. WNSL and The FA reserve the right to delay and/or refuse admittance to the site in their absolute discretion.
