Gallant Gills down Wigan

Gillingham are TheFA.com’s Team of the Weekend after an inspiring victory over Championship leaders Wigan.
Relegation-threatened Gills did their survival hopes the power of good with a 2-1 victory at Priestfield, thanks to two goals from Darius Henderson.
The Gills have been revitalised under new manager Stan Ternent and are now fighting to stay up.
Gills assistant boss Ronnie Jepson said: "It was a great win and Darius did really well. It was a great finish for his second goal and he could easily have had a hat-trick.
"He’s learning all the time. We sometimes have to drag him off the training pitch and he has a great attitude."
Meanwhile, Everton produced perhaps the most outstanding performance in the Premiership, beating Aston Villa 3-1 with an assured display.
Two goals from Leon Osman and one from Tim Cahill sealed three points and kept them in the race for the last Champions League place.
But it could have been a lot more as David Moyes’ men dominated for long periods and missed a string of further chances.
In League 1, Port Vale had an impressive result as they beat league leaders Luton 3-1 and certainly deserve a mention, while FA Cup heroes Brentford came from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 with Sheffield Wednesday.
A last-minute goal from Steve Hunt earned the Bees a precious point and put them in good spirits ahead of Tuesday’s Fifth Round Replay against Southampton at Griffin Park.
In League 2, Shrewsbury moved away from the relegation area with a fine 5-0 victory over Chester, while Cambridge finally had something to cheer about with a last-minute winner over Oxford.
And in non-league action, Barnet returned to form with a 2-1 victory over Aldershot to stay top of the Conference, while in The FA Trophy, Grays Athletic scored a fine 4-2 victory away to Altrincham.
Hucknall will also be happy after going through to the Sixth Round with a 1-0 away win at Cambridge City.
