The match takes place at the Stade Louis II in Monaco, on Friday 26 August, kick-off 20.45 local time, and UEFA has issued a strong warning to fans tempted to buy black market tickets. A sell-out crowd of 18,000 is expected for the match.

It has been brought to UEFA’s notice that a batch of non-valid tickets for the match may be in circulation. The quantity is believed to be 500 tickets in total, corresponding to a specific sector of the stadium (Populaire G).

The tickets are numbered from 1100 to 1599 and all these tickets have now been cancelled. This means that there will be no access for the holders of any tickets that match these numbers.

Strict policing by stewards at all access points of the stadium will be undertaken to check for these now cancelled tickets, and any fans holding these numbered tickets will be refused entry, as they can only have been purchased via unauthorised sources.

Any fans in possession of the above mentioned tickets are urgently requested to report this to the local police or to contact AS Monaco via fax on +377-97 77 33 79.

UEFA reminds all fans that it is an illegal offence to buy tickets for any UEFA matches through unauthorised sources, or so-called ticket touts.
