England trained at Bemmel on Tuesday morning as they prepared for their Semi-Final match against tournament hosts Holland in Heerenveen.

On a red hot day, all 22 members of the Three Lions squad trained in the sunshine at the Sportpark Ressen and Coach Stuart Pearce was pleased to report that no were hanging over the team.

"We have no injuries," he said. "Bainesy’s a little tight on his hamstring, but apart from that we’re fine. No injuries at all."

At the end of the session the team went through their customary penalty shoot-out practice, with one eye on the knock-out encounter on Wednesday.

After returning back to their base, the team travelled north to Heerenveen where they spent the night ahead of their meeting with the Dutch at the 26,000-seater Abe Lenstra Stadion.
