The U19s and U17s are set to meet up for training camps ahead of important tournaments.
The England women’s youth teams are next week set to meet up for training camps ahead of important tournaments for both the Under-19s and Under-17s.
In April the older team will be heading to Italy for the UEFA 2005 Under-19 European Championship’s final qualifying round tournament, at which they will take on Norway and Moldova as well as the host nation.
U19 Coach Mo Marley is also hoping that a warm-up friendly international can be arranged for her team during March, at the end of which the U17s, coached by Jane Ebbage, will be taking part in a five-nation event in the Republic of Ireland.
Squad places are up for grabs for each of these tournaments, so the training camps will play a key role in the selection process.
Marley said: "These are very important training camps, because all of the initial groundwork will be done for the tournaments that the girls are about to be involved in.
"We’ll be monitoring fitness levels, working on match-play situations and passing on a lot of information to the girls for their tournament preparation work.
"Once the players are at their tournaments it will be all about preparing for and then playing in matches. But at lot of the hard graft will be taking place in the training camp to get them attuned for some big games coming up."
