The Three Lions beat Moldova in opening Euro qualifier.
England began their UEFA European Women's U19 Championship qualifying campaign in Moldova on Saturday with a comfortable win over their hosts.
Mo Marley's side began brightly and were a goal to the good inside the first quarter of an hour when Jordan Nobbs struck.
The Arsenal midfielder added a second on 32 minutes to give England breathing space at the break.
Nobbs' Gunners team mate Danielle Carter got on the score sheet ten minutes into the second half and with time ticking away, Everton's Nikita Parris wrapped up the win scoring number four after coming off the bench.
In the group's other game Finland beat Armenia 5-0 to take a goal-difference advantage at the top of the table. The Three Lions' next game is on Monday against Armenia at 2pm (BST).
The top two from each of the eleven first qualifying round groups go through to join top seeds Germany in the next stage along with the third-placed team with the best record against the leading pair in their section.
