The England Women’s U19 side got their Ten Nation Tournament campaign off to the perfect start with a 4-0 defeat of Denmark in La Manga.
Two goals from Demi Stokes sandwiched in between strikes from Toni Duggan and Jordan Nobbs were enough to give the reigning European Champions a comfortable victory.
Head Coach, Mo Marley, is using this tournament as preparation for the Elite Round of the European Championship which will get underway at the end of this month and England’s next match in the Ten Nation Tournament is against Finland on Wednesday.
