TheFA.com today concludes the series of 'Snap-Shot Reviews', talking to the England coaching team for their highlights of 2002 and their expectations for this year... in our final part of fourteen we speak to England National Women's coach Hope Powell...What is your most memorable football moment of the year?

Our England Under-19s qualifying for their first World Cup and the manner in which it was done. They reached the European Championship Finals, then made it through to the semi-finals which saw them make the World Cup.

What is the best goal you have seen this year?

It would have to be Ellen Maggs' goal against Canada in the World Cup quarter-finals. Canada were the hosts playing in front of 24,000 fans.

Who is your world player of the year?

Kelly Smith, although injured would get my vote every time.

Your regret?

Not qualifying for the Senior World Cup in China 2003.

Give us a tip of a of a young player to watch out for next year (English or Non English)

Fara Williams at Charlton Athletic. She's a central midfielder and only 19 years old. A rare talent

Biggest aim for next year?

Ensure that we play against the top nations in the world in order to prepare for the 2005 European Championship, which I'm delighted to say we've already qualified for as hosts!

New year's resolution?

To try and run more than 3 miles without feeling like I'm going to collapse
