Frank Lampard's goal double at Tottenham was part of a terrific all-round display.
LION OF THE WEEKEND: Frank Lampard sent Chelsea ten points clear at the top of the Premiership this weekend, scoring both goals in a 2-0 win at Spurs.
But the England midfielder's finishing wasn't the only thing to impress former England international Russell Osman, who was in the stands at White Hart Lane and had no hesitation in naming him Lion of the Weekend.
"I've seen Chelsea a few times this season and Lampard's consistency levels are frightening," he said.
"He is a very fit lad. He gets back to help his defence and is always willing to get into the opposition danger area as well, as he showed for his second goal.
"People say can anyone stop Chelsea. They have to score against them first! They look impossible to break down at times and it's the work-rate Lampard puts into it that is a factor."
Lampard beat fellow England team-mate Paul Robinson from the penalty spot for his and Chelsea's first goal. The second was typical of the Chelsea midfielder, making a great forward run before shooting home in the last minute of the game.
It was Lampard's second Lion of the Weekend nomination this season, putting him one behind joint-leaders Shaun Wright-Phillips and Stewart Downing.
