England Under-21s trained at Deepdale on Sunday ahead of their game with Iceland at Preston North End on Monday evening (click here for ticket details).

As Stuart Pearce's side arrived, they were welcomed into the stadium by members of Beaumont College in Lancaster, which is run by disability charity Scope.

But it wasn't just a chance meeting as the England players, including James Tomkins, Scott Sinclair, Ryan Bertrand and Josh McEachran brought with them a bag full of Three Lions shirts, which they signed for their fans, and posed for pictures, before getting out on the pitch to prepare for Monday's game.

Graeme Pyle, Principal at Beaumont College in Lancaster, thanked the players for their time. "We had a brilliant time today," he said. "It was great to see the Under-21 squad engaging so well with the students and it was good of them to pose for photos and sign autographs and England shirts.

"Many thanks to The FA and Preston North End for giving us the opportunity and all the best to the squad for the match against Iceland tomorrow".
