Under-21s discover play-off fate

England Under-21s will meet Romania in the Euro 2011 play-offs.

England will go head to head with Romania over two legs next month for a place in the 2011 UEFA European Under-21s Championship.

The play-off matches will take place between 9 and 13 October and the winners will go to the Finals in Denmark next year. The tournament will be held in Aalborg, Aarhus, Viborg and Herning from 11 to 25 June 2011.

Stuart Pearce's men will welcome the opponents to England for the first leg before travelling to Romania for the deciding match. However, exact dates and venues are still to be confirmed.
