Berahino and Dominic grab the goals against Ukraine to win tournament.
England U19s won the Limoges Tournament following another victory that kept them unbeaten over the three games in France.
After arriving at their final match having drawn with the hosts and beaten Portugal, Noel Blake's side earned a 3-1 win over Ukraine.
West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino opened the scoring on 27 minutes before Reading's Dom Samuel made it two on the stroke of half-time.
The Ukrainians pulled one back just after the turn-around, but Berahino clinched it, and his brace, on 64 minutes.
And, with Portugal beating France later in the evening, England go home as tournament winners.
