The squad has been announced for the England U19s' game with the Netherlands early next month, as they begin preparations for their European Championship qualifiers in October.

Brian Eastick's team will take on the Dutch at Shrewsbury Town's Prostar Stadium and the squad already has a degree of experience at U19 level within it.

No fewer than six members of this squad were part of the U19 party which travelled to the Czech Republic in July for the UEFA European U19 Championship.

Danny Gosling, Joe Mattock, Victor Moses, Krystian Pearce, Danny Rose and Jason Steele were all involved whilst still a year young, whilst the majority of the squad named for this game were part of the U17 team which reached the final of the European Championship and World Cup last year.

The Young Lions travel to Belfast in October for the first round of qualifications for the 2009 European U19 Championship, where they will face Albania, Northern Ireland and Serbia.
