Brian Eastick has named his 18-man squad which will take part in the UEFA Preparatory Tournament in Austria in October.
Amongst the players involved are Everton's James Vaughan, who became the youngest ever scorer in the Premiership last season at the age of 16 years and 271 days old.
QPR's powerful forward Ray Jones has also earned the call, along with Rossi Jarvis of Norwich City. Middlesbrough's experienced and tough-tackling midfielder Lee Cattermole keeps his place after a strong performance earlier this month against Holland, as do Liverpool's Youth Cup-winning duo Paul Anderson and Adam Hammill.
The tournament is used to keep the top seeded sides at this level involved while the other teams seek to qualify for the Elite Qualifying round for the European Championship.
England are one of the top three seeded sides, along with Italy and Spain, and they will also take on Austria who are the hosts of the European Championship Finals next year.
The matches will be played in the same stadiums that will host the final matches and this will provide Eastick's young players with a glimpse of where they could be playing if they succeed in getting through the Elite Round early next year.
