Carly Waters' sublime form in the World Championship continued as England beat Israel 3-0 on Monday.
The England 'keeper kept her third clean sheet in succession as the Three Lions made it to 12 points - their first game being a walkover after Japan pulled out of the tournament.
"I am happy that we won our third consecutive game," said the clean sheet specialist.
"It was a tough match but we overcame difficulties and frustrations to win. We battled through to the end and are looking forward to an improved performance against Switzerland."
With Waters inspired and England in goalscoring mood - they had scored 14 goals before meeting Israel - The Three Lions went into Monday's clash full of confidence.
But Israel's physical approach unsettled Julie Callaghan's side and they took time to settle with Waters the busier of the two 'keepers.
It was Waters who instigated the attack which brought England's first goal, her quick throw to Cath Eyley resulting in a turn and shot which beat the Israel 'keeper on the stroke of half-time.
The goalscorer hit the post early in the second half after cleverly freeing herself of the attentions of an Israeli defender. But England did not have to wait long to double their lead, Damaris Cooke setting up Esther Maycock who drove home with her left foot.
England continued to be frustrated by their inability to turn on the style but scored a third through Sarah Page, who won the ball on the halfway line before dribbling through to score on 49 minutes.
